Circus - Jay Dee of the Ummah from Vintage Instrumentals
current listen: Jay Dee - “Circus”
happy birthday to Dilla.
out of all the Dilla albums out, this will continually be my favorite. to me, this is a very important instrumental album. one i feel that is very underrated.
Agreed with Freddie. The most underrated record of his. The space between the instrumentation and his understanding of time is in the pocket. That’s where his music is infinite.
